You should have unpacked the texmf tarball in /cs/local/generic/lib/pkg/teTeX-1.0.0/share/texmf That should have given you (among others) the file /cs/local/generic/lib/pkg/teTeX-1.0.0/share/texmf/xdvi/XDvi. Did you do that? Thomas
