Re: [tex-hyphen] problem reported in Catalan hyphenation

The responsible pattern for the hyphenation “d'-expressió” is “3exp”.
The Catalan patterns don't take care for apostrophes.
It should help to add the pattern “4'4”. Similar patterns are used for 
French and Italian.
