Okay - first try attached here.
It may have these drawbacks:
(1) Line code is borrowed from LaTeX. Although I'm doing this with clear
conscience, I'm not totally sure not to break any copyright rules.
Please make me aware of that in case I'm doing so.
(2) Not tested with LaTeX, but should basically work.
(3) The sloped stem of the rightmost notehead is not tangential to the
head itself. A bit fiddling with the exact offsets will be necessary to
achieve this, because (1) only a number of fixed slopes is available and
(2) the two sloped stems should join the upright one at the same height
(or shouldn't they?).
