The accidentals for the microtonal notation are actually innumerable. A very
good book that summerizes the different notations is the
following:

Read Gardner, 20th-century microtonal notation, New York, Westport,
Connecticut, London, Greenwood press, 1990.

I think that every composer uses his own variation of the used notations for
the quarter- and three quarter-tones. It would be wonderful if the basic signs
were possible in MusiXTeX:

1. simple cross (sharp)
2. triple cross
3. reversed flat
4. black flat
5. black flat with reversed flat 
6. sharp/flat/natural with an incorporated arrow upwards / downwards
