This is extrodinary!  Not a single bit of inline TeX after the setup.  It's
wonderful to see people using my code in ways I couldn't even think of
myself.  Unfortunately the example it would not run in PMX 2.331, but it's
only a small bug in the syntax checking that I quickly fixed.  If all goes
well I should have a patched up version out later today.
