In principle, yes! But in detail it does not work. Example:

---
\input musixdbr.tex
---
% nv,noinst,mtrnuml,mtrdenl,mtrnump,mtrdenp,xmtrnum0,isig,
   4 -3 1 2 1 4 4 4 4 0 0
% npages,nsyst,musicsize,fracindent
    1 1 20 0.07
%

tttt
./
\\indivbarrules\
\\allbarrules\sepbarrule\conbarrule{2}\
....

The problem is: pmxab produces:

\input musixdbr.tex
\input musixtex
\input pmx
\input musixmad

Correct were:

\input musixtex
\input pmx
\input musixmad
\input musixdbr.tex

Any suggestions ?
