Dear Musix-ers,

Thanks for everybody who helped me so kindly to install und beginn with
MusixTeX: Christoph Biebricher, Karsten Mekelburg, J.J. Retorre and Eva
Jacksch specially. Now it works fine and I am beginning to write Music.
The Website could be greatly improved for stupid guys like me if it were
only specified, that people coming from Windows without knowledge of
programming, have to read first the pmx manual (the one in German
http://icking-music-archive.org/software/pmx/notdr.pdf, improved, has almost
everything needed to understand how it works), specially the sections 1.1,
1.4.5 and 1.5. Furthermore, I will in the next time abandon (try to give up
;-) with Word and Co (I dont want to waste my time anymore!) and reinstall
Linux on my private computer.

Question 1: when scrolling in the german pmx manual, I got the warning
(translated from german with my own words):

<The embedded font "PRWVYI+TeXXSLZ20-Regular~57a" could not be found. Some
parts will eventually not be correct displayed or printed.>

The display seems to be correct, but it doesnt want to print. This comes
when scrolling page 77 +/- (Acrobat page)

What is wrong? What do have I to modify?

Question 2: Does MusixTeX support advanced Notation? (for example circular
music and other graphical music like
http://www.graphire.com/Pages/MP/Examples/MPslip.htm) If yes, where are the
commands for it (Manual)?

Thank in advance from

Francois
