Noteedits MusixTeX output is meant to be user edited before
printing, you can use any text editor of your choice, I like
vim, emacs is also quite popular, or if you are using KDE
have a look to Kile which is an excelent LaTeX frontend.

You will probably need to learn some MusixTeX in order to do
this, have a read of the MusixTeX manual and look the the
examples included in musixexa is you have that installed.

You can also ask here for help on any particular problem, I
have always found the people on this list to be very helpful
and friendly.
