Dear Irwin,

As I heard about MusixTeX, I found also very much about MusicXML (and
thousands other script orientated "Engravers").
but:
- it is not open source,
- it is not free,
- it has no viewer (except programms that import it)
It doesnt seems made to become an alternative to MusixTeX but rather an
interchange format.

I think but that it would be certainly helpful to have a programm to convert
from PMX-format to MusicXML..., for PMX would be much better integrated.

But maybe I didnt understood everything... May there is MusicXMLer reading
here?

Francois
