i use something as: w180m h257m and \\voffset=-10mm\hoffset=-10mm\ for adapting the margins
You can not use \\hsize=180mm\vsize=257mm\ because the spreading algorithm of pmx uses the (default) w.. and h... values I suppose (i have not tested it) it is possible to have all the sheets with the same page layout when using a include file with the w.. h.. values in it. Has anyone an example of the use of include files in pmx?
