I - blushingly - have to admit that I maintain the table of addresses with
Open Office swriter rather than with LaTeX. For now I have installed a new
release with enlarged page width and font size. Would laptop users please
test the legibility of the table once again?

If this is a WYSIWYG package,

it is - a free open source high quality alternative to Microsoft office provided by Sun and ported to the OS-es Sun Solaris, Linux, Mac OSX and Windows, see http://www.openoffice.org/

find a larger font ?

I did - several times - and again few minutes ago. Font size is now 18pt against 16pt at previous version. Please remember to actively reload the image when you retry. You may need to flush your cache

you're right. I've modified (shortened) the introductory text.
