Hello Juergen and all,

Thank you for your response. However, I'm afraid that my message
and the second attachment (musixxxx.tex) might be broken because of
illegal setup of my mail client.

Following is the true message I posted at Fri, 09 Apr 2004 23:53:31 +0900.

Two years ago I tried the same topic in private, and there remains
an trial result in my disk.
(I prefer a little thinner staff lines to the default...
because my printer produces rather black outputs.)

The attachments are the patch (remaked for musixtex.tex T.112)
and an example.
Try to change \lthick, \hlthick, and \stemthick.

Perhaps some further modification will be required.

I have found some problems in my previous post.
The attachment musixlth.tex is a fixed version.
This time I'd like to release a separate file for this purpose,
because I remember Taupin's words in MusiXTeX license.txt of
T.103 or earlier.

musixref1.tex is an example with funny settings of line width.

Please give me comments on musixlth.tex, not only its contents
but also its naming.

Best regards,
