Actually it's me who decided to block attachments.
The problem with the new wave of viruses/worms is that they may
fake the sender name too, so it may happen that a message with a 
virus passes.
Luckily there is a workaround which is not difficult to adopt.
I set up the system to allow attachments labelled "text/plain".
So, either you may use a smart mail agent which labels correctly
the TeX (or PMX) excerpts, or you just rename them to .txt before
attaching them.
