sourceforge, and all the rest, require a project sponsor.  once we've
one of those, i've all i need to put in the catalogue; but until
then...

(actually i would recommend sarovar for tex-related things.  it's run
by tex professionals for tug india.  we use it for the ctan
catalogue.)
