(1) 6 trills must be possible in normal MusiXTeX.
Are you sure using ID 0 of \Itrille{ID} or so?
(2) 7 or up trills are not available in normal MusiXTeX.
However, if you have an 'e-TeX' (an extended version of
TeX engine), there is a way:
Last night(!!) I started exposing an extension package
for such purpose.
