I am probably failing to locate a very simple mistake, so I apologize in advance.

I cannot use correctly meter change (both explicit and 'hidden') in mtx. This is a minimal example (extracted from a polyphonic score):

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
Style: Singer
Meter: 2/2

e4 d e f | e2 ( d8 c d b ) |3/2 c0d | d2 e4 d c d | e0d |

e4 d e f | e2 ( d8 c d b ) | m3/2 c0d | d2 e4 d c d | e0d |

you're missing the in-line meter change command 'm'

L: lun-ta-tis Lau-da-mus te Be-ne-di-ci-mus te
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

This is what I get at compilation:

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
==> This is M-Tx 0.55c (Music from TeXt) <11 May 2004>
==>> Input from file test.mtx
Writing to test.pmx
In voice "Voice" near word 14:
                                          V
   Bar end occurs in mid-note: ERROR on line 4
e4 d4 e4 f4 | e2 ( d8 c8 d8 b8 ) |3/2 c0d
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

I also tried with explicit pmx syntax, but nothing changed; even writing "3/2c0d" with no spaces did not solved the problem.
I am on a Mandrake 10.0 Linux box. As displayed above, MTx version is 0.55c.

Thanks in advance. I am sure I am doing some silly mistake.
