The command

\mtxAssignLyrics{1}{{11,12,13}}

(note the double curly braces) is written by prepmx version 060, while version 055c writes correctly \mtxAssignLyrics{1}{11,12,13}. Is there a simple workaround? Will it be fixed?

M-Tx 0.60 hasn't been released yet. The 0.60 distribution is still under test and shouldn't have been stored in the 'official' mtx directory of the Icking Archive. But since it is there I've updated mtx060.pdf with a patch for exactly the problem you're reporting, a patch that is, please notice that, still under evaluation.
