not that i've heard of: a useful thing to do!

it's different in the latest tetex, but:

1. create a directory something like texmf-local/dvips/opustex, and
put the map file in it
2. put the .pfb files and .tfm files in the normal sorts of places -- see
   http://www.tex.ac.uk/cgi-bin/texfaq2html?label=instpackages+wherefiles
3. run texhash (mktexlsr is the same command, but texhash is older so
_i_ tend to remember it first)
4. run
   updmap --enable Map opustex.map
or whatever name you've given the opustex
5. try using the stuff (and complain to the list if it still doesn't
   work).

Andreas popped up somewhere (was it here?) a few months back, and said
he was working on it again. if i had said that, it wouldn't be a
terribly useful sign (i spend time on too many things), but perhaps
Andreas is actually near release ... let's hope!
