I'd love to know your changes to opusgre.tex.  I've had a go at making T1 
fonts, and I think I got them to work using mftrace and lots of fiddling with 
files in /etc/.

Good to hear there's someone else working with/on OpusTeX!

I'm sceptical about this, you'd be testing for finding the vowel as well as
just syllable breaking.  If it worked, it would make life a bit easier.
