Hi, Dieter--

I couldn't tell from your last post whether you succeeded in compiling Luigi's 
example. I myself had a problem until I realized that one of the lines had 
folded. prepmx gets confused when that happens, but once I unfolded the line it 
work perfectly.

These rules for lyric placement (both in the source file and on the page) are 
all part of M-Tx, not musixtex. So the thing you need to study is the M-Tx 
manual, and any M-Tx examples you can find in the archive.
