thanks for the trick. It looks fine on the first page, but on the
second page I would need some extra shift.
Do you have an idea to resolve this one?

I have read in Cornelius Noack's PMX guide that I could relax the
limit of 2 voices per staff by modifying and recompling the
FORTRAN Code of "PMXAB".
Where would I find the place and which compiler or other tools do
you recommend on a Windows 7 PC?
