Julian: I don't understand the error messages but you should
tick "Do not use BibTeX" and "Do not use MakeIndex" in the
profile.  Does that help?

P.S. I notice that the path for musixtex.exe starts at
"Program Files (x86)". I hope you didn't install MiKTeX for
32bit systems on a 64bit system.
