I forgot to mention that I also played with the lines
/% number of pages, or zero//
//1//
//% number of systems, or measures per system//
//6/
When the first of these values is "0" then the second is interpreted as
number of measures per system
and PMX makes an automatic layout. This is helpful when you do not know
how your output looks like.
The result I sent you has been obtained with "0" and "4".
