With Bob's help I'm close to releasing a version of PMX that embraces these
changes in musixtex.tex version 1.21 (and fixes some bugs in multi-bar
rests). But please be clear that until the new PMX version is available, any
PMX processing should be done with an earlier version of musixtex.tex (e.g.
1.16 works for me). I'll try to get the new PMX version out ASAP, but no
promises.
