Wait, maybe I can once again resuscitate my 32-bit Windows machine and compile this there, like I used to before anyone started having these issues. But even if that helps, it's not a long term solution. I wish someone could explain why garden variety 64-bit gfortran is causing this problem, and what the real fix is.
