Andre: I've confirmed that on 64 bit Windows 8.1, the pmxab.exe formerly in pmx.zip fails when it's about to output a tex file. I don't know why yet but I've produced a new pmxab.exe for 64 bit Windows using gfortran and it runs on Windows 8.1. Please try downloading pmx.zip again from WIMA and try it.
