Notes on a line are raised by musixtex. Compare the dots on
the G flat and the F in the bass.

According to musixdoc:

  As a matter of style, if two voices share one staff, the
  dots in the lower voice should be lowered if the note is
  on a line. For this you can use \lpt{p} and \lppt{p}.
