I am using musixtex.lua Version 0.16e. and I find the LuaTeX command
"musixtex" very helpful, because it treats musixtex, pmx and mtx on the
same footing.
I propose to extend this routine as follows:
1. The last step of musixtex is to generate the pdf-file. It would be
more convenient, when it would automatically display the pdf file after
generation.
2. As long as the pdf-file is open, musixtex does not generate a new
pdf-file, when I call it. The musixtex command should include checking
for an open pdf-file and then close the pdf file at start.
Hence I would save two clicks one for opening the pdf-file and one for
closing the pdf-file.
