Kalvin: Thanks for the report. The problem seems to be in the executables I created using cross-compiling with mingw on Linux, which has worked in the past. I've replaced the Windows64bit executables in the pmx-2.94.zip package at WIMA with Don's executables. Please try them. Other workarounds are to use the pmx package in TeXLive or MikTex, which seem to work okay. However the executables in the CTAN package are likely broken for now. Sorry about this.
