I know this is off-topic. I hope, though, that someone with knowledge may help me with identifying a potential quotation in the attached snippet from a Trio for Reeds by the late Australian composer and oboist Ian Keith Harris (see IMSLP and Wikipedia)

Ian's heirs and friends have asked me to prepare editions of some until now unpublished works incl. this Trio.

I have a strong feeling of recognizing the leading Oboe motive in the snippet (the ritornello from the 4th rondo movement of the trio).

I forgot to say that the clarinet part is notated in concert pitch in this snippet

Unfortunately I'm not able to pin-point which work, if any. My primary thought is some concerto or another instrumental work by W.A.Mozart, or one of his contemporaries.

Any ideas?
