It gives in HTML the inverted question mark. Here is the HTML generated ========== <!DOCTYPE html> <html xml:lang='en-US' lang='en-US'> <head><title></title> <meta charset='utf-8' /> <meta content='TeX4ht (https://tug.org/tex4ht/)' name='generator' /> <meta content='width=device-width,initial-scale=1' name='viewport' /> <link type='text/css' rel='stylesheet' href='foo4.css' /> <meta content='foo4.tex' name='src' /> </head><body> <h3 class='sectionHead'><span class='titlemark'>1 </span> <a id='x1-10001'></a>unable to type ”¿”</h3> <!-- l. 5 --><p class='noindent'>why? </p> </body> </html> ====================== Is there a workaround to this?
