Follow-up Comment #5, bug #656 (project tex4ht):
The config file helps with the labels/anchors inside description environments
in the original document.
Unfortunately, it doesn't fix the missing anchors for labels occurring inside
a longtable environment, or in paragraphs after a table. (Again, both of these
used to work in 2021.)
It also doesn't fix the missing anchor for "link2" in the MWE.
