There is also possibility to add \AnchorLabel at the place where each \label
is used:
\Configure{@newlabel}{\AnchorLabel}%
The problem is that it can place the link destinations outside of the original
place. For example, to an empty paragraph below the labeled section. But it
seems to work with your original MWE.
