I am not allergic and you don't get much whiter-skinned than I. I also have never heard of any particular ethnic group immunity. The pink goop helps, calamine lotion. You should avoid spreading by not scratching and then touching other parts of your body. It mostly has to run its course unless you go to the doctor.
