"Hold my beer" and " Now watch this" reminds me of a list of rules for new 
Texans posted at the Rocky Creek Bar-B-Q stand on Hamilton Pool Rd. near Bee 
Caves, TX. When a red neck says "Now watch this", they are likely to be the 
last words he will ever utter. Looking forward to many utterances at TCR. Fritz
