The USFWS has released their National Plan for dealing with
white-nose syndrome. You can access it along with a press release
and Q&A at <http://www.fws.gov/WhiteNoseSyndrome/>, first item on the
page. Also note at the bottom of the page there is an updated map
showing the spread of WNS.
