I don't think cavers will want to wear the battery pack on their belt, too
much trouble with the cabling getting in the way.  I have the Fenix HP10 and
I don't think its any heavier than other lights, at least I didn't notice
it.  My helmet already has 2 backup lights, and a camera bracket on it, so
its already heavier than most I think.

Neither of the Fenix headlight models have a built in diffuser, and I think
that's where they are lacking.  I like the light pattern on mine, the
diffuser addon just rounded it out for when I need one.
