That would probably be the bulldozer track hanging in the entrance of Cueva del Tecolote in Purificación. The most remarkable ladder I have ever heard of (but not seen, of course) was the 20-plus-meter-long log ladder/ramp/stairs in Bolonchén, Campeche in use in the mid 1800's. You can read about it in AMCS Activities Newsletter 20, p. 88-92 (1993), which contains a famous drawing of said ladder.
