I was at Paradise Canyon this past Friday visiting with the owner about
some maps I made for him.   The river is just like it was during last
year's TCR.  The flow is good, the river is clear, the grass is mostly
green, and everything looks wonderful.  The water is not flowing over
the dam, but because of all the karst limestone in the area the water
simply leaks around the dam like it always has, and all the springs
along the shoreline are flowing at normal levels.  They've also added
warm water outdoor showers near the main rest room area.

 

It should be a great weekend.  And even if it rains I don't think anyone
would complain.
