Hi John,

 This is one of the caves we often visited when I was growing up in Vermont. It 
is sad to see this. It was always referred to as the "Bat Cave" and was off 
limits to visitation during the winter months so there would be no impact to 
the bat population that lived there.

For the link I posted other day, to the CBS footage of the cave in Vermont with 
WNS... Take a look at the link to the longer re-edited documentary film at the 
bottom of the page of links on WNS. It is amazing, Al Hicks leads the team as 
they find all the dead or dying bats. Really sad to watch, makes you realize 
how bad it can get.
