I fondly remember caving with Mack and Audrey (first wife) in Fort
Stanton and the Guads in the late '60's and early '70's.
He was very active in the Sandia Grotto and the Southwestern Region at
that time.

Mack attended the University of NM, and graduated with a Bachelors of
Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) in 1971. While attending UNM,
he was a member and officer of Sandia Grotto of the National
Speleological Society, and became Regional Chairman in 1971.During this
time he made several adventurous explorations of Carlsbad Caverns.
