Well, Mark, I didn't spend a whole lot of my time submerged when caving. If I had, I would have invested in a waterproof camera (and, maybe waterproof crackers). I tried to stick to dryer caves. They were fine for that and for keeping out the dust when traveling crosscountry.

I wouldn't entrust a non-waterproof camera to such a bag. Even a roll-top river bag can get wet inside when submerged for hours on end. Stick with the waterproof boxes when it really matters.
