Great minds obviously think alike! I was going to suggest that, after having
difficulty removing my own address from the 'all addressees' list for my own
posts, but figured that was not my business or my call.
I think everyone on this list is here for a reason, and would have complained
by now had they not wished to be, so just subscribe us all, Charles. Folks
can opt out later if the fire goes out.
