There have been a few articles on caves in Hidalgo in the AMCS Activities
Newsletter. The most famous cave is probably Grutas de Tolantongo, profiled in
ANL 17. A more general article on Hidalgo appeared in ANL 15. Several other
issues have brief reports in Mexico News. I did not notice the name Calnali in
any of them but I am not familiar with Hidalgo, so I don't know if any of these
might be in the area you're interested in. A search of older issues might be
instructive.
