Russell Cave is worth seeing. I haven't been there in probably 20 years, so I'm not sure what the tours are these days, but probably worth checking out.

Lisa and I will be there, planning on leaving Friday morning and getting there sometime Friday night. According to the convention web page there is no camping at the site until Saturday afternoon, so we'll either stay with some friends or get a room Friday night. There are a bazillion caves in and around Huntsville, and you could find something easy enough for your family if you wanted. Just check at registration for suggestions - they will know what's open these days.

Who else is going from Texas?

If anybody wants to talk about the NSS Convention, please feel free to
e-mail me.

I hope to leave town by Saturday and stay in the TAG area all week.

I do not plan to attend the entire convention. This is my summer
vacation and I won't get another one for a long time, so I plan to do a lot of
tourist stuff with the family.

Anybody plan on caving there? I would like to do some fun easy
caving. Any suggestions?

Is Russell Cave National Monument worth going to?

Magdalena and I have already toured Sequoyah Caverns, but we
may take the tour again to give the baby her first cave experience.
