The deepest cave, where ever it is these days would have to be somewhere on the earth's lithospheric crust which has a maximum thickness of about 22 miles (current deepest cave is 2km in vertical extent). From the bottom of the crust to the earth's core is about 1800 some miles and then another 1700+ miles to the earth's center. Everything below the crust is hot molten rock which is definitely not a good place to find caves.
