Bill makes a good point, which might be further augmented by the fact that highway vechicles also kill millions of bugs, but no one seems to think this provides a benefit to agriculture. The real point is that someone needs to do proper scientific research to find out the exact answer to this question. I therefore propose to submit a four million dollar grant application...
