Folks, The 3rd annual Texas Hydro Geo Workshop is fast approaching. The workshop was created to bring students, interested public, educators, and practitioners together in a field setting as a hands-on learning experience. The event is organized in a series of concurrent and consecutive modules that explore the many different techniques for the collection and analysis of data from soil, rock , and water media. The event is structured to provide participants with the opportunity to work with leading researchers and practitioners from across the state and nation.
The event is held at Cave Without a Name near Boerne, Texas and starts at 4 pm and runs through noon on Sunday, October 2. Cost of admission is $60 and includes breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, dinner on Saturday night. A T shirt, book, and camping. Dr. Maureen Muldoon from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh will be the keynote speaker in the cave on Saturday night.
