Upon watching the rest of the SuperBowl performance, there are 2 technicians disguised as dancers in the smoke that unbuckle and carry away her harness, while the smoke blocks viewing them.
The photo below shows the craftsmanship of the harness and that it was not part of the suit, as I had originally assumed. The jacket must zip to the shorts, as the jacket came off soon after that which was why I originally thought it was part of the harness.
