• add the cfdg executable so that we can compile/render from within TM (there seems to be no (official) build for OS X, so it does make sense to include one) • add the welcome.cfdg as a template (for testing, mostly) • add command to compile/render the current grammar and remove key equivalent from the previous Render in Context Free
